Payment Policy – Please be advised all deposits are non refundable and a booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received.

Payments can be made by cheque, postal order, or direct money transfer. Payments by cheque must clear before the booking is confirmed.

If the balance of a fee is paid directly in advance this can be refunded up to 24 hours before the start time of the event booked.

We do not store or capture any of the personal information you provide us with, except where you voluntarily give permission to allow us to contact your regarding our services.
